Message 1) Talk to Joe @ ZSpeedPerformance and get the HD clutch fork with matching chromoly pivot ball
2) bracket wise, you will have a lot more axial movement with Joes solid shifter bracket. The feel is amazing, but you will have more vibrations and jumping around on bumps. If you can handle that, get the solid shifter mount and matching tunnel boot kit. Otherwise, if your stock rubber boots have even one crack in them, you should get new ones.
3) RPS or Southbend for clutch/flywheel, whatever floats your boat. I have the Kevlar kit with billet lightweight flywheel and love it. You dont want to go too light of a flywheel unless its an NA car, as you will lose rotational inertia and lose boost quicker between shifts. I found the DXD to be the best of both worlds.
4) if you can afford it, get the Z1 short shifter. It has the needle bearing which effectively makes it the best Z32 shifter on the market. If you cant, get a SilverTwin or Woody. I had a SilverTwin and loved it. Get bronze bushings with the latter option, and you will need the grease boot rebuild kit (Z1 comes with theirs pre installed).
5)Stick with a OEM 2pc DS...if your center carrier bearing is worn out (it most likely is), replace it with a new one. Be careful with install, lube it properly (read the FSM and follow it to a T), mark where you took it off the diff side and replace it exactly the same, etc. If you can afford it, get a ACPT CF DS. I had the Z1 platinum DS, and there was excessive vibration at 3 digit speeds after all possible troubleshooting.
6) Get OEM. nismo mount isnt made for our cars, theyre 240 mounts.
7) SS clutch line to replace the rubber, check your slave, replace the RMS, check the oil pan rear seal.
8) if you can afford it, GZA transmission tunnel brace to replace the crappy stock one. Nissan upgraded these down the road, so should you.

Clean your heat shield. DPs TPs if you can afford them, easily replaceable at this time. Check O2 sensors, run the diag. A thought for you, cats can be sent in to Z1 for core credit against their shifter. Pick up some galvanized hardware for your exhaust, the rusted OEM hardware WILL break. Copper gaskets all around, 5 a piece. Rubberized undercoating where you see fit, take some naval jelly down there as well. PB blaster is your friend. SO IS A TRANNY JACK.

DONT get the nismo pilot bushing. Stick with the OEM.
